How to permanently remove your account and personal data.
Account deletion policy
In accordance with Google Play Store policies and GDPR, Design Scribe Solutions provides a simple way for users to delete their accounts and associated personal data.
What data will be removed?
Upon processing your request, the following data will be permanently deleted from our active servers:
- Your profile information (Full Name, Email, Phone Number).
- Your membership/loyalty status and history.
- Your encrypted login credentials.
Some transaction logs may be retained for a limited period if required for legal or tax compliance.
How to request deletion
In-app deletion
Go to Settings > Profile > Delete Account in the mobile app. Your request is sent immediately.
Email request
Send an email from your registered address to:
designscribe.solution@gmail.comSubject line: “Account Deletion Request - [Your Name]”
Timeline
- ImmediatelyOnce your request is verified, your account is deactivated.
- Within 30 daysYour data is fully purged from our backups and databases.
