How many branches can I add?
Business covers up to 3 branches and 10 cashier accounts at ₱999/month. Multi-Branch has unlimited branches, cashier accounts and members at ₱1,999/month, or ₱19,990/year.
Can we have our own app on Google Play and the App Store?
Yes. Branded app setup is a one-time fee from ₱5,000. Custom features are quoted separately.
Do I need a POS system?
No. DesignScribe runs on its own. Your staff scan members’ QR codes using a cashier account, so it works next to whatever cash register or POS you already use.
What happens to my members’ personal data?
Members sign up with their name, mobile number and email, and passwords are hashed. Members can delete their account from inside the app, and data removal requests are completed within 30 days.
