Terms of Service

By using this loyalty card app or its web version (the “App”), provided by Design Scribe Solutions (“we”, “us”, or “our”), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

The App provides a digital loyalty card system that lets you:

• Join the loyalty programs of participating stores with one account
• Collect stamps or points on a guest card, without an account
• Earn stamps or points for purchases
• Track your transaction history
• Redeem rewards when eligible
• View your profile and loyalty status

You can use the App from the mobile app or, without installing it, in your phone’s browser.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information, including an email address you can access
• Confirm your email address before claiming rewards
• Keep your password secure and confidential
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Be responsible for all activity under your account

A guest card lets you collect stamps at a store without creating an account.

• A digital guest card is kept on your device. A physical NFC card is issued by the store.
• Rewards can only be claimed with an account. When you create one, you can add your guest card to it and its stamps move over.
• If you lose your device or card before adding it to an account, its stamps may not be recoverable.
• A guest card can be used to earn once every few minutes, to prevent misuse of copied or cloned cards.

Your account is not tied to any store when you sign up. To take part in a store’s loyalty program:

• Ask to join by entering the store’s name, or scan the store’s counter QR code or a receipt QR code. The store receives your name, email address, and mobile number.
• The store decides whether to approve or decline your request, and may limit how many members it accepts. A store can choose to approve joins from its counter or receipt QR codes automatically.
• Once you are a member, you can switch between the stores you belong to using the same account.
• A store may remove you from its program; this does not affect your membership at other stores.

• Stamps or points are earned for qualifying purchases: by scanning the QR code a cashier shows you or prints on your receipt, by having a cashier scan or tap your guest card, or by redeeming a valid voucher.
• Each QR code can be used once and expires. A voucher can be used once per account and only while its usage limit lasts.
• A reward is earned each time you reach the number of stamps set by the store.
• A store may set rewards to expire. The App shows each reward’s expiry date; a reward that expires unclaimed is lost.
• Stamps, points, and rewards are non-transferable and have no cash value.
• We or the store may modify or discontinue a loyalty program.
• Fraudulent activity may result in account suspension or termination.

Cashier accounts are created by a store for its own employees. If you sign in as a cashier, you agree to:

• Use the account only for your store’s real transactions, and only while the store authorizes you
• Create QR codes and add stamps to guest cards only for purchases actually made and rewards actually claimed
• Keep your password private and never let customers or other people use your account
• Accept that your store can deactivate your account at any time, and that cashier sign-ins expire after 24 hours

We send account emails you need, such as email confirmation and password reset links. If a store turns them on, you may also receive win-back emails, each with an unsubscribe link, and, if you allow them in the app, push notifications about your rewards and the store. You can turn notifications off at any time in Profile → Notifications or in your phone’s settings.

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains what we collect, where it is stored, and how you can have your data removed.

Apps on the Free plan show ads provided by third-party advertising partners. You can reset your advertising ID or opt out of personalized ads in your device settings. See section 7 of the Privacy Policy.

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App
• Interfere with or disrupt the App, including by sending floods of requests
• Create multiple accounts or guest cards to gain unfair advantages
• Share, copy, or reuse QR codes, scan codes meant for another customer, or copy or clone NFC cards
• Attempt to change your points or rewards other than through the App
• Use automated systems to interact with the App

All content, features, and functionality of the App are owned by Design Scribe Solutions and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Store names, logos, and branding belong to their respective businesses.

The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the App, including lost stamps, points, or rewards.

We may update these Terms. Changes take effect when posted, and the date at the top shows when they last changed. Continuing to use the App after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

We may suspend or terminate your account and access to the App, without prior notice, for any reason, including a breach of these Terms.

You may delete your account at any time. Your data is removed or anonymized within 30 days, as described in our Privacy Policy. See how to delete your account.
